Tim gained considerable knowledge and experience of Bhopal following a lone cycle ride from Brighton, UK to Bhopal in 1999. He has developed Bhopal.net for the last 8 years, the Bhopal campaign’s main information resource. He has provided consultancy to various international media companies, including the BBC, ITN, Voice of America, ABC Nightline, the Guardian, the Independent, New Scientist and New Internationalist, as well as international NGO’s such as Amnesty International.
Tim Edwards guides us through his detail knowledge of the Poison Papers released through discovery in the on going civil action in New York. He presents hidden documents showing the extent of Union Carbide's knowledge regarding soil and ground water poisoning in 1989. It took a further 10 years for Green Peace to reveal the extent of this poisoning.
