Supreme Court Advocate
Inherited refined qualities, like his father as both have fought public interest cases without money — If there is a conscience in the Indian judiciary, he represents it, among the few who still believe in judicial justice. Acidic when arguing against Supreme Court judgements which go so terribly wrong, or on contempt, he has the guts to do to what he thinks is right. The India nation needs many more intellectual lawyers like him, who can stake their best against a no-win situation.

I met Prashant on a public holiday at his office in Delhi where he works tirelessly as a supreme court advocate. In this series of statements he gives a detail picture of the problems that face the victims as they struggle to have there voice heard by the India government. He speak in a frank and clear manner on matters of state and justice that have been made acutely apparent in this struggle for recognition and justice.
